Visit Fleet Landing at Nocatee

COVID-19 Update 1.12.2021

The COVID-19 vaccine and hope for the end of the pandemic is top of mind here at Fleet Landing. The monumental task of rolling out the vaccine has been challenging thus far for both our country and state. Fleet Landing is not immune to these challenges. We are in daily communication with Walgreens, which has been tasked by the State to administer the vaccine to communities like ours.  We have received confirmation from Walgreens that they will be onsite next week to administer the Pfizer vaccine to Fleet Landing Residents and team members.  These dates include administering the 2nddose of the vaccine to those health services Residents and team members who received the 1st dose in late December. Walgreens has also indicated that they plan to administer the 1st dose of the vaccine to Independent Living Residents.  We are anxiously awaiting more information, including the number of vaccines that will be available for those Independent Living Residents who have expressed interest in being vaccinated at Fleet Landing.  As details become available, additional information will be shared with Residents.

As news of the vaccine is encouraging, it is important that we continue to take the necessary precautions to prevent the spread of the coronavirus, including wearing masks, maintaining physical distance, and good hand hygiene.  We ask visitors to our community to follow these precautions when they visit our campus to ensure the safety of all. Please reach out to us at contactus@fleetlanding.com with any questions.
