Thank all of you for your ongoing support and understanding as we continue to progress through the pandemic. We are encouraged by the positivity rates in Duval county remaining below 5% and pleased to report that there are currently no active cases of COVID-19 at Fleet Landing. We are continuing to open up wellness and dining opportunities while maintaining necessary safety precautions. Registered visitors are permitted for Residents in independent living. For those living in our supported living neighborhoods, Derfer Pavilion, Leeward Manor and Nancy House, we have been delighted to welcome back loved ones for in-person visits, while following state and federal guidelines to ensure safety.

Fortunately, there are no active cases of COVID-19 at Fleet Landing currently. The health and well-being of our Residents and team is our top priority as our community continues our phased re-opening. As Residents across campus are enjoying expanded in-person dining and wellness opportunities, physical distancing, mask wearing, and additional cleaning of common areas continues. Registered visitors are permitted for Residents in independent living. COVID-19 UPDATE 9.2.2020

Our State and local community have seen a decline in new COVID-19 cases, hospitalizations, and percentage of positive tests over the last month. Fleet Landing is encouraged by these results and feel that we can safely begin to reopen our campus. The reopening will be done thoughtfully, incrementally, and always with the safety of our Residents and team members as our highest priority.
