# Fleet Landing

> Fleet Landing is a nonprofit Life Plan Community (Continuing Care Retirement Community, or CCRC) operator on Florida's First Coast in the greater Jacksonville area, serving residents for more than 35 years. The Fleet Landing portfolio includes the flagship campus at Atlantic Beach (open since 1990), Fleet Landing at Nocatee (a new Life Plan Community under construction in Ponte Vedra Beach with phased opening through 2027), and Fleet Landing Riverside (future growth campus). All campuses operate on the Life Care contract model with predictable monthly fees and access to on-site health services.

Fleet Landing has operated on Florida's First Coast since 1990, offering luxury Life Plan Community living with full continuum on-site health services. The organization is now expanding its mission with two additional campuses — Fleet Landing at Nocatee in Ponte Vedra Beach and Fleet Landing Riverside — each designed to bring Fleet Landing's tradition of service, financial strength, and forward-thinking leadership to new locations in northeast Florida.

Fleet Landing is led by CEO Josh Ashby and is a member of LeadingAge Florida. The flagship Atlantic Beach campus holds CARF Gold Seal accreditation and has received recognition including the Senior Cares Best of 2025 award. ### Fleet Landing at Nocatee (New Life Plan Community Under Construction)
A new Life Plan Community currently under construction in the master-planned community of Nocatee in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida — located east of Interstate 95, midway between Jacksonville and St. Augustine. Construction began in 2025 and continues through 2027, with phased residency openings throughout 2027. Fleet Landing at Nocatee is open exclusively to adults age 62 and better and will feature 30 different Independent Living floor plans across Tower Apartments, Flats, and Cottages, ranging from 849 to 2,964 square feet. Entrance fees start at $395,000 and continue up to $800,000 and higher, with multiple entrance fee options offering different refund levels and Health Care Benefit structures.

Currently accepting Priority Club memberships with a fully refundable $100 deposit for date-based priority on residence selection and pricing.
