At Fleet Landing, you'll find not only the superb, resort-quality facilities of Windward Commons and a staff of professional wellness instructors to guide you, but also friendly neighbors to encourage you along the way.
WELLInspired instructors are happy to answer your questions, teach you how to use equipment and advise you on the best classes or exercises for your current fitness status. If you prefer, you may train on your own. The Fitness Center features advanced Keiser equipment for strength, flexibility and cardio workouts. Geared specifically to the needs of seniors, this equipment uses air-pressure technology to reduce the risk of injury.
Each month, the WELLInspired calendar of events brings appealing new options. Programs include breathing exercises, aquasize, aerobics, yoga, Tai Chi, Wii™ sports, Body Shop, as well as classes for people who have arthritis and other common conditions. And naturally, you'll find plenty of other ways to set your life in motion, whether you prefer a refreshing swim, a stroll around the lake or line dancing.
