To help you become better acquainted with our continuing care retirement community, Fleet Landing has a Waiting List Registry for prospective residents. When you join the Waiting List Registry, you become a member of the Atlantic Club and you may experience the outstanding lifestyle Fleet Landing offers, such as:

Joining Fleet Landing's Waiting List Registry provides membership to the Atlantic Club. It is your opportunity to choose the style of home or apartment you prefer. Even if you are not quite ready to move, joining the waiting list is beneficial because it secures your position in line. Additionally, Fleet Landing's staff will notify you of preferred residences as they become available.
Becoming a member of the Waiting List Registry is simple and risk-free. You'll begin by completing a brief application form. You will also need to make a fully refundable $1,000 deposit. Once your application has been approved, you'll receive a complete membership package that details how you can begin to experience the Fleet Landing lifestyle!
