"It’s close to the beach, I-95 and the Jacksonville Airport. Plus, there are wonderful people, both residents and staff. I also like the military connection."

Charitable giving supports community benevolence
With vision and foresight, the original leaders and residents of Fleet Landing—Atlantic Beach’s premier continuing care retirement community—established the Fleet Landing Endowment Fund as a way for people to help others and ensure the continued availability of this remarkable lifestyle for all residents.
Gifts to the Endowment Fund are used to ensure that financial assistance is available for community residents in need. The fund also assists current employees by providing a general scholarship program.
In addition, The Legacy Fund has been established to support the senior living community's programs, services and facilities, as well as to develop the funding for future projects and programs that will enhance the quality of life for Fleet Landing residents.
While many donors choose to make direct contributions of cash, stocks, bonds or personal property, many other options are available. The Charitable Gift Annuity Fund allows donors to make a gift while receiving income and avoiding significant capital gains and estate taxes. Contributions may also be made through a charitable trust and as bequests. For people or businesses that may wish to honor or memorialize a special person, naming opportunities are available.
To learn more about the many options for charitable giving in support of Fleet Landing, contact the Development Office at 904.246.9900, extension 217, or by emailing development@fleetlanding.com.
Fleet Landing dba Naval Continuing Care Retirement Foundation and the Fleet Landing Endowment Fund, Inc., are 501(c)(3) not-for-profit corporations. Contributions may be tax-deductible as specified by IRS code.
