Services to support an independent way of life
With so many services included as part of the monthly service package, you'll find that everyday life can be less stressful. Bidding farewell to home maintenance, lawn care and other tiresome tasks makes it easier to continue living on your own and gives you the personal freedom to do as you please.
Our continuing care community's hospitality and services are also designed to support this independent lifestyle. For your convenience, Fleet Landing has many thoughtful, complimentary services, such as assisting with online purchases and travel plans, answering computer questions and providing information on local government and recreational resources. And, although it may not be part of their job description, you'll find that staff members are always willing to offer helpful courtesies like carrying your groceries or packages.
If you wish to free yourself from even more tasks than are provided, you may choose supplemental services available for an additional fee. These services range from catering and entertainment for your next social occasion to "handy helper" services like extra housekeeping, errands or dog walking. For temporary assistance due to health concerns, home health services are available to you in your home at hourly rates.
Clinic Services
Clinic services are available to the residents of our independent living community. Not only is our medical director on site and can serve as your primary care physician, but also nursing services are available during clinic hours. You might stop in for a blood pressure check or to have a dressing changed. The clinic also coordinates laboratory and x-ray services and provides yearly flu vaccinations with other periodic health screening services.
