Compassionate care at The Health Center
As a continuing care retirement community, Fleet Landing offers expert healthcare services, making it possible for you to receive care within the community if you should need it. The Health Center at Fleet Landing offers short- and long-term nursing care in a beautiful, home-like environment with the same attentive and dedicated service for which the community is known.
For people who require rehabilitation after surgery, illness or injury, a team of specially trained nurses and experienced rehabilitation specialists provides expert care, encouragement and any therapies required.
For those who require ongoing nursing care, staff members provide personal and healthcare services with a friendly spirit and respect for the individual's comfort and preferences. With a compassionate approach to care, nurses, aides and physicians at Fleet Landing's Health Center are committed to helping people enjoy the highest possible quality of life. Services include:
