Arriving From The South

• On I-95 as you come into Jacksonville stay on I-95 Northbound, take Exit 337/295 East. Continue east on 295 approximately 7 miles to Butler Blvd. Go east (right) on Butler Blvd. approximately 9 miles, exit onto San Pablo Rd. Turn left and go north on San Pablo Rd. Mayo Clinic will be on your left.
• Continue north on San Pablo Rd. approximately 4.5 miles to Atlantic Blvd. Turn right (east) onto Atlantic Blvd. and cross over the Intracoastal Waterway Bridge, staying in the right lane.
• Take the first exit (Route 101/Mayport Rd. flyover ramp). Continue north on Mayport Rd. to the fifth traffic light (Fleet Landing Blvd.) and turn right.
• The Fleet Landing Welcome Center is ahead 100 yards.

   

Arriving From The West On I-10

• As you come into Jacksonville stay on I-10 heading east until the junction with I-95. Stay in the right lane and take I-95 South. Continue south on I-95, approximately 6 miles to Exit 344 (Route 202/Butler Blvd). Exit and stay in the left lane. At the light, turn left (east) on Butler Blvd. Go approximately 9 miles and exit onto San Pablo Rd. Turn left, heading north on San Pablo Rd. Mayo Clinic will be on your left.
• Continue north on San Pablo Rd. approximately 4.5 miles until you come to Atlantic Blvd. Turn right (east) onto Atlantic Blvd. and cross over the Intracoastal Waterway Bridge, staying in the right lane.
• Take the first exit (Route 101/Mayport Rd. flyover ramp). Continue north on Mayport Rd. to the fifth traffic light (Fleet Landing Blvd.) and turn right.
• The Fleet Landing Welcome Center is ahead 100 yards.

   

Arriving From The North On I-95

• After passing exits for the airport and I-295, you will take the next exit: Exit 362/295 East.
• Head south on 295 over the Dames Point Bridge until you come to Atlantic Blvd. Exit and turn left on Atlantic Blvd., heading east. Continue eastbound over the Intracoastal Waterway Bridge. Stay in the far right lane.
• Take the first exit (Route101/Mayport Rd. flyover ramp). Continue north on Mayport Rd. to the fifth traffic light (Fleet Landing Blvd.) and turn right.
• The Fleet Landing Welcome Center is ahead 100 yards.

   

Arriving From Dames Point Bridge/Wonderwood Expressway

• Head south on 295 over the Dames Point Bridge until you come to the Merrill Rd./Southside Connector where you will take the Merrill Rd. exit ramp. Proceed left at the light to go onto Merrill Rd. East.
• Merrill Rd. becomes Ft. Caroline Rd. then changes again to Mt. Pleasant Rd. Mt. Pleasant Rd. becomes Wonderwood Drive/Wonderwood Expressway. You will continue over the Intracoastal Waterway to A1A.
• Turn right onto A1A, heading south for 1 mile.
• Turn right onto A1A/Mayport Rd. Turn left at the first stoplight at Fleet Landing Blvd.
• The Fleet Landing Welcome Center is ahead 100 yards.
