To this end, Resident privacy is protected at all levels and periodically staff requests updates to notification forms, medical documentation, family contacts and other pertinent information that is considered to be of private and personal nature. All employees sign a statement of confidentiality upon hire and employee policy specifically defines the role and relationship between staff and our Residents in order to ensure privacy at all levels.
